Clients of ABVH agree to pay by credit card at the TIME OF RESERVATION for the TOTAL nightly/weekly/monthly rate and ALL taxes both City and State, which apply.
In addition, a $500.00 AUTHORIZATION ONLY (Not a charge) for the security deposit is held on the same credit card for approximately 30 days from the time of booking.
ABVH can NOT release any or part of these funds without the cancellation of the reservation, whereby fees apply.
